RC Car Purchases
All RC car purchases made through furyroadclub.com are processed via Razorpay. Once a payment is confirmed and an order is placed, the following terms apply:
- Damaged or defective items — If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement or refund claim — claims without a video will not be accepted. We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon verification.
- Change of mind — We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
- Cancellations before dispatch — Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund, credited within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Razorpay platform fees (if any) are non-refundable.
